Strength Training:
I offer strength programming for free on the blog. You can ask for specialized attention where I will look extensively at your form and technique. The critiques will be daily. You are required to send in your work. We will be required to check it will constructive feedback.
Team Strength and Conditionng
Team size 1-50: 75/per athlete monthly
Team size 51-75: 50/per athlete monthly
Team size 76+: 30/per athlete monthly
As your team’s strength and condtioning coach I will ensure the progression of each player. Starting with each player’s assessment we will find your team’s baseline condtioning level. Next I will outline specific nutritional guides for each player paying special attention to their position. Lastly, I will create a program that will produce a breed… a breed of athletes, a breed of team that only operates at their highest level in all phases of the game.
